Stay hydrated: - If your body has enough water then you can fight 90 percent of the diseases. Water is pulled into our colon by body fiber and it helps the body to make soft stool. At the same time, the path of ease without any problems becomes easy.

Fiber intake: - Foods containing excellent sources of fiber such as cereals, vegetables, legumes and fruits improve our digestive system and the person is away from the possibility of constipation, which ultimately causes fisher.

Low Caffeine: - Caffeine consumption in summer also affects the functioning of your digestive system, which in turn causes ulcers, acidity and irritation.

Workout: - It is very good to get rid of sweat because it helps to remove dirt from your body. Also, it is helpful in keeping your body fit and healthy. The more we become active physically, the life for us will be happy.

Distance from sunlight: - Avoid staying in sunlight for more than three hours if possible and wear light clothes like cotton.
