                       HOW TO CHANGE YOUR HABITS ?


Humans are like robots. The robot gets an order from a computer program, in the same way, humans get orders from the program of the subconscious mind. We think, feel and act according to the order coming from our subconscious mind. Our brain is programmed in such a way that it always ensures the survival of our body. Whatever our body feels good, it feels good to our brain too. If your body "feels good" by 10 o'clock in the morning, then your brain will tell you, "sleep till 10 o'clock in the morning, what will we get up early in the morning".

 To get out of this bond, to get out of this iron cage of habits, you need to persistently direct your conscious mind to not follow the order of the subconscious mind.

Initially, it can be a bit tricky. There is a strong bond between our body and the subconscious mind. They can refuse orders with a conscious mind like a bull. To control this wild bull, you have to develop good habits with strong determination. To change any bad habit, someone requires a strong will power.

The good thing about willpower is that it can be developed. Since you are already in the process of changing your thoughts, your habits can be changed very quickly. It is very common that people feel reluctant to repeat anything regularly. Doing one thing every day is only making our subconscious mind ablaze.

Your situation, your present life, your current situation is the result of your previous habits. well said ?

 If you have achieved anything and you are not satisfied, whether it is a personal, financial or social situation, then you have to completely change your habits. In the past, your habits and actions are responsible for your current situation that you do not really like and you want to be better.

 Keep a better financial situation, a better social status, a healthy body, a good attitude, a more peaceful mind, a better understanding and a love family, this needs everyone.

From today, stop doing whatever you do not like. Let's eliminate every reason you take away from your progress. Stop it immediately!

I have seen people saying that "I will stop it from the new year", I will stop it from "Diwali", I will stop it from Christmas, and I will stop it after my birthday. By postponing things at the future date, you will never be able to stop yourself.

Such resolutions raised on special occasions normally fail. People can only play it for a short time, their subconscious mind wins them on their resolutions. Have you ever made such resolutions? If so, you knew it. I suggest that you eliminate all the reasons that take you away from your progress. Stop immediately The very basic desire to stop or stop bad habit leaves an imprint in your subconscious mind.

Your brain will store this information and if you think about reducing a bad habit or dropping a bad habit, you will lose the habit tomorrow or tomorrow. Another way to stop bad habit is to change it immediately with good habit.

For example, if you do not get up early in the morning and waste your valuable time, then this habit will change in the morning with going to the gym or practicing some yoga. If you are a sedentary and want to change this habit, then give love to the poor people immediately and help them and at least try to love the pet dog or cat so that the feeling of love arises in your heart. Always avoid the places, people and situations that drag you towards bad habits.

If you are surrounded by good people, then you will develop good habits in yourself. If you are surrounded by bad people, then you will develop bad habits in yourself.

By changing the surroundings and people around you, you can create good habits. You must have a strong reason to change bad habits in good habits. Otherwise, your subconscious mind can pull you back into your bad habits.

Ask yourself what are the bad habits that prevent you from growing and growing. Make a list of habits you want to change. Leave them immediately and replace them with good people.
